80 countries and territories are on Wise's list of countries and territories where you can hold money in your Wise account if you live there (Wise Help Centre, checked on 7 November 2026).

“Not for holding money” means the country is not on this list but is on Wise's list of countries you can send money to.

“Not on the list” means the official page does not name that country or region. It does not mean Wise is banned there, and the page gives no reasons.

“Not supported” means the country is on Wise's other list, of the places where it does not offer its services:
