Is Stripe available in the Dominican Republic?
No, not according to the official list. The Dominican Republic is not on Stripe's list of countries and regions where Stripe is currently supported (Stripe, checked on 7 November 2026).
This list is about businesses opening a Stripe account to accept payments, not about paying with your card on a website or in a shop that uses Stripe. Not being on the list is not the same as being banned: the list only shows where Stripe offers it, and it does not give reasons.
